Myofascial cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to create a negative pressure or vacuum over a specific area of the skin. When the cups are placed on the skin, the vacuum created by the cups helps to lift and separate soft tissue and facilitate its release and mobilisation. I use this tool in conjunction with massage, finding it effective on stubborn areas of tension, please note that a detailed consultation would need to proceed with your initial treatment and that this treatment can leave red marks on the skin that can take a few days to a week to disappear depending on your skin type. please feel free to contact me if you have questions about this treatment.
